Earnings Disclosure

The Site mentions figures such as "$35+ per day", "up to $799 for a single game", an average time to first cash of "17m 12s", and player and payout totals. Here is what they mean:

• $35+ per day is the average daily earnings of active ero members. An average is pulled up by a small number of high earners. It is not what a typical member earns. Many members earn less, and some earn nothing.
• Up to $799 for a single game is the largest reward available for one offer. Most offers pay much less. High-value offers usually take a lot of time, sometimes several weeks of play, and may require in-app milestones or purchases.
• 17m 12s is the average time members take to earn their first reward. It is not the time to withdraw. Payouts unlock only after you reach Level 20 in the app.
• Player counts and total amounts paid out are figures reported by the app operator. We have not independently audited them.

What you earn depends on which offers you pick, how much time you spend, your region, your device, and whether you meet each offer's requirements. Advertisers decide whether an offer was completed and can reject or reverse rewards. We do not guarantee any income or any payout. ero is not a job, an employment opportunity or a business opportunity.

Member balances and cashout screens shown on the Site are examples. They are not typical results and are not your balance.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of erousapp.com ("the Site"), operated by erousapp.com ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site is an independent promotional page for the ero app. We do not own or operate the app. The match game on the Site is a free demo: it awards no money, points or prizes, and finishing it does not affect your eligibility or earnings in the app. The quiz is for illustration only and does not determine what you will earn.

3. Affiliate relationship

Links on the Site are affiliate links. We may receive a commission when you install the app or complete offers through them. This costs you nothing extra. We are compensated by the app operator or its affiliate networks, and this compensation may influence which offers we promote.

4. The app and its offers

Your account, rewards, levels, withdrawals and eligibility are governed solely by the terms and policies you accept inside the app. Offers are supplied by third-party advertisers, who set their own requirements and may change, pause or remove offers at any time. Read each offer's requirements before you start. Any questions about rewards, payouts or your account must be directed to the app operator. We cannot credit, adjust or pay out rewards.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site, the app and its offers. The Site is intended for US residents. Some offers are available only in certain states, countries or on certain devices.

6. Promotions

Promotional messages on the Site do not represent offers or deadlines set by the app. Offer availability, amounts and conditions are set by the app operator and may change without notice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts or automated means to access the Site or generate clicks; commit or attempt click, install or offer fraud; interfere with the Site's security or operation; copy or scrape the Site's content; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Trademarks and non-affiliation

Third-party names, games, logos and payment methods mentioned on the Site belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse or sponsor the Site or ero.

This site is not part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook or Meta in any way. FACEBOOK and META are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. This site is also not affiliated with Google, TikTok, Amazon, PayPal or any other platform or brand mentioned.

10. Third-party sites

The Site links to the app, app stores and other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, payouts or practices.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any offer will be available or pay out.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost rewards, profits or data, arising from your use of the Site, the app or third-party offers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

15. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue the Site at any time. The date at the top shows when the Terms last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
